Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the WIN ONE TRIBE’s Complete Skincare Collection (the “Promotion”) promoted jointly by ONE TRIBE Ltd. and ONE TRIBE EU sp. z o.o. (together, “ONE TRIBE”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoters”).

By entering the Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and European Union who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  2. Employees of ONE TRIBE Ltd., ONE TRIBE EU sp. z o.o., their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies are not eligible to enter.
  3. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and may request reasonable evidence of age or residency.
  4. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.

How to enter

  1. To enter the Promotion, Participants must:
    a. follow the ONE TRIBE Cosmetics Instagram account @onetribecosmetics;
    b. like the designated Promotion post on Instagram; and
    c. comment on the designated Promotion post and tag another Instagram account.
  2. Each valid Instagram account tagged in a comment will count as one separate entry.
  3. Participants may submit multiple comments, with each valid Instagram account tagged counting as an additional entry.
  4. Participants may receive one additional entry by sharing the designated Promotion post to their Instagram Story and tagging @onetribecosmetics.
  5. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Promotion.
  6. Entries must be made personally by the Participant. Entries submitted through agents, third parties or automated systems will not be accepted.
  7. Late, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
  8. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion or its entry process.

The prize

  1. There will be one winner.
  2. The winner will receive ONE TRIBE’s Complete Collection, comprising the following eight products:
    • Tobacco Cleanser
    • Sage Toner
    • Sweet Grass Day Serum
    • Sweet Grass Day Cream SPF30
    • Cedar Night Serum
    • Cedar Night Cream
    • Witch Hazel Eye Cream
    • Carnauba (Retinol) Cream
  3. The current UK retail value of the Complete Collection is £816. The current EU retail value is €927. The applicable retail value will depend on the winner's country of residence.
  4. The prize will be supplied free of charge and delivered to the winner's nominated address within the United Kingdom or European Union.
  5. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product or service.
  6. The Promoters reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute any product forming part of the prize with another product of equal or greater value.

Selection and notification of the winner

  1. The Promotion will close at 23:59 BST on 01st November 2026.
  2. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing time using a random computer-generated selection process.
  3. The winner will be contacted by direct message via the official @onetribecosmetics Instagram account on or around 02nd November 2026.
  4. The winner must respond to the Promoters within 20 days of the date on which the Promoters first attempt to contact them.
  5. The winner will be required to provide their full name, delivery address, email address and telephone number solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility and arranging delivery of the prize.
  6. If the winner does not respond within the required period, cannot reasonably be verified as eligible, or is otherwise disqualified, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
  7. The Promoters' decision regarding the selection and eligibility of the winner is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

Winner announcement

  1. The Promoters may announce the winner on the ONE TRIBE Cosmetics Instagram account.
  2. Where reasonably necessary to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the Promoters may publish the winner's first name and country of residence, subject to applicable data protection law.
  3. The winner may contact the Promoters if they object to the publication of their details. Any request will be considered in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Personal data

  1. Personal data provided in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoters for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.
  2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
  3. Entering the Promotion does not automatically subscribe a Participant to ONE TRIBE’s marketing communications.
  4. Participants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from ONE TRIBE where a valid consent mechanism is provided. Marketing consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
  5. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or deliver the prize.
  6. Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

Instagram

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  2. By entering the Promotion, Participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from responsibility in relation to the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  3. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoters and not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  4. The Promotion is subject to Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

Liability

  1. The Promoters will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Promotion is conducted as described in these terms and conditions.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, disappointment or expense suffered by a Participant arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  3. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  4. The Promoters will not be responsible for any failure, interruption, delay or technical issue affecting Instagram, internet services, telecommunications networks or any other third-party service outside the Promoters' reasonable control.
  5. The Promoters will not be liable for a prize that cannot be delivered because the winner has provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Disqualification

  1. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse, remove or disqualify any entry where they reasonably believe that the Participant:
    a. has breached these terms and conditions;
    b. has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion;
    c. has provided false or misleading information;
    d. has used fraudulent, automated or otherwise improper means to enter; or
    e. has behaved in a threatening, abusive, unlawful or offensive manner towards the Promoters, their employees, representatives, other Participants or third parties in connection with the Promotion.
  2. If a winning entry is subsequently found to be invalid or the winner is disqualified, the Promoters may select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Changes or cancellation

  1. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including technical difficulties, fraud, abuse or other circumstances which materially affect the proper administration of the Promotion.
  2. Where reasonably practicable, any significant change to the Promotion will be communicated through the ONE TRIBE Cosmetics Instagram account.

General

  1. These terms and conditions, together with the details contained in the official Promotion post, constitute the rules governing the Promotion.
  2. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  3. The Promoters' failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. For Participants resident in the United Kingdom, these terms and conditions and the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with the Promotion, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
  2. For Participants resident in the European Union, applicable mandatory consumer protection and data protection rights under the law of the Participant's country of residence shall not be excluded or restricted by these terms and conditions.
  3. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any statutory rights that Participants may have under applicable law.
